Have you always wanted to become a better speaker who can speak in any situation? Is it hard for you to speak on the spot, or do you dread preparing speeches? Learn the prepared and spontaneous FUNdamentals in this practice series! Each week will alternate between prepared speaking and spontaneous speaking skills. For spontaneous speaking, you will focus on real-life scenarios like speaking at meetings or interviews, putting your thoughts together and staying calm without preparation. For prepared speaking, you will work on your voice, gestures, outlining, and language skills as you prepare a speech on a topic of your choice.
Every session is interactive in an intimate, small group session with a coach and plenty of practice time and practical techniques. You can opt into taking only one of the sessions (prepared speaking or spontaneous speaking), or you can sign up for the entire series at a discounted price. You will the end the series with a fully prepared speech and plenty of tools to speak on the spot in your life. Scholarships available. We welcome new and returning students, class capped at 16 people.
